Yesterday's thrilling victory over the hated Packers has left me in a state of shock, much like an obsessed Obama supporter, wondering what to do next. So naturally, I've decided to gloat about the victory for as long as I can and rank the top four most memorable Viking-Packer games of all-time:
4. 11/9/08, Metrodome, Vikings win 28-27 -- Two safeties and a 192-yard performance by Adrian Peterson set up a possible game-winning field goal for the Packers which sailed wide right as Ryan Longwell looked on from the Vikings' bench with delight.
3. 10/23/05, Metrodome, Vikings win 23-20 -- Paul Edinger nails the longest game-winning field goal in Vikings history as time expires.
2. 10/5/98, Lambeau, Vikings win 37-24 -- Brett Favre gets benched in the second half while Cunningham and Moss team up for about 8,000 yards of total offense as the Vikings snap the Packers' 25-game home winning streak.
1.

I remember us breaking that 25 game winning streak.....that was magic
